Urvi Speciality Clinic and Fetal Sonography Centre is a dedicated fetal medicine unit. We provide all the necessary screening and diagnostic test required for fetal surveillance


Ultrasonography
Every pregnant women should be advised anomaly scan (Ultrasonography ) during fifth month of prenancy to rule out any major structural defect in fetus.


Doppler study
This ultrasound scan is usually carried at about 28 – 36 weeks of pregnancy and aims at determining the growth and health of the fetus.


Trimester Screening
Second trimester screening includes a combination of genetic sonogram and quad test.Those patients who have missed 1st TS can opt for this test.


Prenatal Diagnostic
Invasive diagnostic procedures play an important role to obtain genetic, biochemical and physiological information about the fetus.


Fetal Therapy
Fetal pharmacological treatment is successful in cases with congenital adrenal hyperplasia, cardiac arrthymias, thyroid disorders and fetal infections


CVS
This procedure is ideally performed after 11 weeks of pregnancy as limb reduction defects are reported in procedure performed too early
